On the morning of July 22, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Do Huu Huy had a working session with Dak Lak 2-9 Import-Export One Member Limited Liability Company (Simexco Daklak).
Here, the Deputy Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee acknowledged and commended the company's outstanding achievements in recent times. He emphasized that this is the result of a united collective, unified direction and the political core role of the enterprise Party Committee.
Mr. Do Huu Huy also highly appreciated the proactive, creative and opulent spirit of the enterprise. The Deputy Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee affirmed: "The enterprise has made progress in integration, met the strict standards of the international market and had many strategic cooperation in the right direction. Although the results of digital transformation are not specific, the spirit and progress of implementation are encouraging".

In the context of many fluctuations in international trade, especially new tax policies from the United States, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee suggested that businesses focus on a number of key tasks.
Accordingly, businesses need to build comprehensive leadership capacity, review and perfect internal regulations according to Directive 59 and Law 68 which are about to take effect.
At the same time, develop deep-processed products, expand international raw material areas, promote exports of specialty coffee and instant coffee; research and invest in rice processing plants and take advantage of by-products towards a circular economy.
Mr. Do Huu Huy noted that the company needs to focus on branding, packaging, product marketing, and creating a market from a pilot program that is scarce. In addition, it is necessary to focus on researching coffee tourism models associated with national identity in Buon Don.

Regarding human resources, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized the priority of developing those who have long-term contributions to the company, and at the same time boldly hired good experts from outside to provide professional support.
Enterprises also need to pay attention to the material and spiritual life of workers, ensure higher income each year than the previous year, and care for social security throughout the value chain.
