Key projects of Quang Ngai province include: Hoang Sa - Doc Soi road; the entire coastal route of Dung Quat - Sa Huynh; bridge and road connecting from the center of Ly Son Tinh district to Tu Nghia district (Tra Khuc 3 bridge); road connecting from Thach Bich bridge to Tinh Phong; downstream dam of Tra Khuc river; project to prevent landslides combined with creating a fund for the North bank of Tra Khuc river, the section passing through Tinh An and Tinh Long communes; anti-landslide embankment combined with creating a fund for the North bank of Tra Khuc river, the section passing through Tinh Long and Tinh Khe communes (Quang Ngai city).
According to the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, in recent times, the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee have regularly focused on leadership and direction; localities, relevant departments and branches have also been determined and responsible in implementing key and important projects and works. However, up to this point, most projects have been implemented more slowly than planned. One of the reasons is that the province has not issued a land use plan; the work of determining land prices, making compensation plans for site clearance and resettlement faces many difficulties and obstacles.
For the Tra Khuc 3 bridge project, on February 25, the People's Committee of Son Tinh district completed the enforcement of the final land acquisition that hindered the project's progress, handing it over to the investor and contractor to complete the key project of Quang Ngai province.
To ensure the overall progress and put the group of projects in the plan for 2025, in addition to removing obstacles and difficulties, Quang Ngai province prioritizes the allocation of hundreds of billions of VND for projects.
Accordingly, in the province's 2025 public investment plan of about VND 5,129 billion, Quang Ngai prioritizes the allocation of counterpart funds for 12 projects using central budget capital, with about VND 307 billion, ensuring the completion of projects in 2025.

The province also allocated 100 billion VND to implement the project to upgrade and expand the transport infrastructure system in Dung Quat Economic Zone.
Among the projects prioritized for capital allocation and removal of obstacles to reach the finish line in 2025, the Tra Khuc 3 bridge project is the priority project to be completed in 2025.
In mid-February 2025, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province also issued an official dispatch directing the acceleration of the progress of determining specific land prices in the province. Request the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to focus on directing relevant departments and units to speed up the work of determining, appraising and approving specific land prices, ensuring timely progress in compensation and site clearance for construction works and projects in the province.
