Mr. Pham Quoc Hung - Deputy Head of the Customs Branch of Region VIII (old Quang Ninh Customs Branch) - was appointed by the Customs Department to hold the position of Head of the Customs Branch of Region VIII. The decision takes effect from August 1, 2025.
Mr. Hung will replace Mr. Nguyen Van Nghien - who has just received a retirement decision from August 1, 2025.
