Within the framework of the event, APEC VN announced the Board of Directors of Da Nang Branch and introduced a team of referees and mediators. Mr. Do Van Chuoc was appointed as Chairman and Director of the Branch. The deputy directors and members of the board of directors are all experts selected from litigation agencies, departments, law lecturers and experienced arbitrators. The complete arrangement marks the period when the Branch officially operates.
In his speech assigning tasks, the representative of the Branch emphasized four key areas: building solidarity; improving expertise; strengthening connections with departments and enterprises; and maintaining professional ethics in all refereeing decisions.
At the seminar, experts presented the content of the investment attraction mechanism according to Resolution 222/2025/QH15, methods of resolving international trade disputes, intellectual property and requirements for developing legal human resources in the context of the digital economy. These presentations help businesses access new perspectives and increase the ability to prevent legal risks.
