This guidance aims to ensure stability and benefits for investors in the transition period after the arrangement of administrative units, while continuing to attract investment in disadvantaged areas, contributing to promoting local socio-economic development.
According to the instructions, in case a new commune-level administrative unit is established by competent authorities due to the arrangement and adjustment of boundaries, it will continue to apply incentives related to the investment incentive area as determined in the Decision approving the investment policy/ the issued Investment Registration Certificate.
The investment incentive area of Khanh Hoa province after the arrangement of commune-level administrative units includes the following commune-level administrative units:
Areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions are Bac Khanh Vinh commune, Trung Khanh Vinh commune, Tay Khanh Vinh commune, Nam Khanh Vinh commune, Khanh Vinh commune, Khanh Son commune, Tay Khanh Son commune, Dong Khanh Son commune, Truong Sa special zone, and islands in the province;
The areas with difficult socio-economic conditions are Bac Cam Ranh ward, Cam Ranh ward, Cam Linh ward, Ba Ngoi ward, Nam Cam Ranh ward, Bac Ninh Hoa ward, Ninh Hoa ward, Tan Dinh commune, Dong Ninh Hoa ward, Hoa Thang ward, Nam Ninh Hoa commune, Tay Ninh Hoa commune, Hoa Tri commune, Dai Lanh commune, Tu Bong commune, Van Thang commune, Van Ninh commune, Van Hung commune, Dien Khanh commune, Dien Lac commune, Dien Dien Dien commune, Dien Lam commune, Dien Tho commune, Suoi Hiep commune, Cam Lam commune, Suoi Dau commune, Cam Hiep commune, Cam An commune.
According to the principles prescribed in Decree No. 31/2021 of the Government, projects that have been granted investment policy decisions/Investment registration certificates/Investment certificates shall continue to be implemented according to these documents.
Khanh Hoa province also provides guidance for investors who need to adjust investment projects.
Accordingly, for projects whose investment policies have been approved, the project adjustment will be implemented according to the principles prescribed in Clause 3, Article 41 of the Investment Law and Section 4, Chapter IV of Decree No. 31/2021/ND-CP dated March 26, 2021 depending on the adjustment content.
For projects implemented according to the Investment Certificate, Investment Registration Certificate, the adjustment of the content of the Investment Registration Certificate shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Article 39, Clause 2, Article 41 of the Investment Law and Article 47 of Decree No. 31.
