Equip knowledge and tools for Vietnamese sellers to export online
At the training session, the Shopee team focused on introducing and detailedly analyzing two online export programs on the platform, including Global Sales (SIP) - a model providing comprehensive solutions from logistics, international payments, translation to customer care in the ASEAN market and Active Global Sales (Direct Selling) - an expanded program for sellers to take control of international booth management.
In particular, through comparing the different points of operation and support policies from Shopee for each program, the sharing session gave sellers more perspectives to choose an approach suitable for the scale, growth goals and existing capacity.
At the same time, participating sellers also learn in depth about the booth operation process and Marketing tools, Shopee's support programs integrated directly on the Seller Channel, thereby better understanding how to optimize product portfolios, build appropriate display content and improve advertising efficiency.
This activity is being implemented in the context of more and more Vietnamese businesses taking advantage of e-commerce as a channel to expand growth to the regional market. In fact, more than 350,000 Vietnamese businesses and sellers have participated in cross-border sales through Shopee's Global Sales program. This shows that online exports are becoming a direction that Vietnamese sellers are interested in, followed by urgent needs to improve operational capacity.

In-depth training helps Mall vendors improve operation and optimize revenue
Not only sharing in-depth about online exports on the platform, Shopee also organizes training within the framework of the "Vietnamese Business Support" program for Mall sellers in Ho Chi Minh City, focusing on operating strategies to optimize costs and increase sales on Shopee Mall.
According to data from Shopee, in 2025, Shopee Mall attracted about 28 million active shoppers, of which up to 40% were new customers. This is considered a significant growth potential for brands, businesses and sellers doing business on Shopee Mall, and also poses increasingly high requirements for shopping experience, service quality and operational efficiency.
Starting from that reality, the training content is built in the direction of going deep into the operational problems that sellers are facing. From in-depth market analysis, criteria for maintaining the Mall brand on the floor to revenue optimization solutions, improving personnel performance..., all are shared and clarified in this training session.
Ms. Mya Tran - manager of the Shopee Mall booth in the electronics and household goods industry - said that the program has helped her better understand the overall knowledge of the market, as well as how to build a suitable operating plan for the initial stage. "When I first started doing business on e-commerce, I was very unfamiliar, but thanks to "Vietnamese Business Support", I have better understood Shopee's practical support policies for new sellers, how to optimize costs as well as the factors that need to be prioritized to operate more effectively in the initial development stage," she shared.
From expanding cross-border business to optimizing operations on Shopee Mall, Shopee's training activities partly reflect the interest of Vietnamese sellers in improving capacity on e-commerce. Through this, Shopee plays the role of a connecting platform, supporting sellers to access practical experience and in-depth knowledge to better prepare for the next growth stages.
