Launched in March 2026, the "Vietnamese Business Support" program is periodically implemented monthly by Shopee for businesses and sellers, focusing on solutions to improve operations, optimize business efficiency and better meet market needs.
From local sellers who first access e-commerce to businesses seeking to regain development momentum, Shopee's training program is gradually becoming a fulcrum to help them improve operational capacity, adapt to market demand and open up new growth directions.
New sellers have many concerns, struggling to enhance identification
Although both do business on e-commerce, each seller faces different growth problems. With new booths, their main concern is finding ways to reach customers and build brand recognition on the platform.
As a third-year student majoring in e-commerce at the University of Commerce, and also in charge of operations at a booth on Shopee Mall, Hoang Van Khanh soon realized the bottlenecks that made the booth that participated in e-commerce for less than a year of the company not achieve the expected efficiency.
The booth has a fairly high display volume but a low conversion rate. After participating in training under the Vietnam Business Support program, I realized that the image and content of the product were not different enough, while advertising activities were still implemented quite emotionally, lacking specific data analysis strategies, so costs increased but the effectiveness was not commensurate," Khanh shared.

Accordingly, with new booths, the challenge is not only to bring products to the exchange but also how to operate effectively in a competitive e-commerce environment. From analyzing business data, optimizing advertising costs to building booth image and increasing conversion rates, these are all contents that Shopee and partners focus on deepening and sharing in the "Vietnamese Business Support" program, helping sellers gradually build a systematic operating mindset and better adapt to market needs.
Spectacular" growth after real-world classes.
A turning point has come to Khanh and the booth operation team after they participated in training classes under the "Vietnamese Business Support" program. Instead of just providing theoretical knowledge, the program focuses on actual situations during booth operation so that sellers can directly apply it to daily business operations.
After the SES 2.0 training session in Hanoi held in March 2026, Hoang Van Khanh began to optimize the entire booth interface, build a more professional identification image and change the way advertising is implemented based on data instead of emotion. Closely monitoring conversion indicators also helps Khanh and the operating team clearly identify target customer groups and allocate budget more effectively.

Only about 2 months after applying the shared knowledge, the booth's sales recorded a 3-fold increase compared to before, while marketing costs were significantly optimized.
Shopee's training program has completely changed the operating thinking of me and my colleagues in the company's operating team. The current team has understood how to analyze data to focus on the resources and programs of the exchange to help bring maximum efficiency," Khanh excitedly said.
The actual growth results from new sellers entering e-commerce show that systematic operating capacity and adaptability are becoming important factors for development on e-commerce platforms. Through the "Supporting Vietnamese Businesses" activity series, Shopee continues to affirm its long-term companionship with the sales community, supporting them to transform knowledge into practical business efficiency, thereby creating a foundation for long-term growth in the future.
