The People's Committee of Son La province has just issued a decision approving the investment policy for the Van Ho District Central Bus Station project with a scale of about more than 2 hectares, built in Suoi Lin village, Van Ho commune, Van Ho district, Son La province.
The project is invested in construction to ensure the criteria of type 3 bus stations according to the provisions of QCVN 45:2024/BGTVT - National Technical Regulation on bus stations issued in Circular No. 56/2024/TT-BGTVT dated November 15, 2024 and ensures synchronous connection with the status quo, in accordance with the terrain and landscape architecture at the project implementation site.
The total investment of the project is about 107 billion VND, with the goal of building a type 3 bus station according to the standards of the Ministry of Construction. The project implementation period is about 30 months from the date the Provincial People's Committee approves the investment policy.
The project's operation period is 50 years from the date of being decided by the competent authority to lease land and convert land use purposes according to the provisions of law.
The project is entitled to incentives for investment attraction areas according to Appendix III issued with Decree No. 31/2021/ND-CP of the Government and incentives for industries and occupations with special investment incentives in Section 4, Part B of Appendix II issued with Decree No. 31/2021/ND-CP of the Government.
It is known that Van Ho district is located in the southeast of Son La province and has a border with Laos.
There are 2 national highways in the district, National Highway 6 and National Highway 43. The district also has the Hanoi - Hoa Binh - Son La - Dien Bien Expressway Project under construction.
