On March 29, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province announced the implementation of the construction of Nguyen Tat Thanh bridge in Cam Lam district, to enhance traffic infrastructure connectivity and promote local socio-economic development.
The project was approved in principle by the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee for Vinhomes Joint Stock Company to implement.
The bridge is 400m long, with a arch structure made of steel, reinforced concrete and prestressed reinforced concrete, with a designed life of 100 years.
The project is located on Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, in Cam Ranh Peninsula Tourist Area, Cam Hai Dong Commune, expected to be completed in the period of 2025 - 2027.
Vinhomes is responsible for organizing an architectural design competition (if any), ensuring the design is in accordance with the overall planning and in sync with the Thuy Trieu canal leading to the sea.
The total investment and technical plan will be determined during the implementation process.
Regarding this area, on March 25, the Prime Minister approved the investment policy for the Cam Lam New Urban Area project with a total area of over 10,356 hectares, with an estimated population of about 584,364 people.
The project has a total investment of more than VND 260,267 billion, implemented from 2025 - 2037 under the form of bidding to select investors.
