The Market Management Department of Ninh Binh province has just announced that on November 12, Market Management Team No. 9 conducted a surprise inspection of a HN eye glasses business household in Y Yen commune, Ninh Binh province.

The inspection results discovered that the HN business household was selling 32 glasses with signs of counterfeiting the GUCCI,porSCHE, Ray.Ban brands; with the value listed on the product at 11,200,000 VND. It is worth mentioning that the store owner has not yet presented documents proving the legal origin of the above goods.

Market Management Team No. 9 temporarily detained all goods to verify and clarify the violation. At the same time, samples of the products sent to the company are taken as representatives of the ownership of the GUCCI, porSCHE, and Ray Ray brands. The board is protected in Vietnam to identify fake and genuine goods. As a result, all 32 glasses were determined to be counterfeit goods with the brands GUCCI, porSCHE, Ray. Ban.

Market Management Team No. 9 invited Mr. P.B.H, the owner of the HN glasses business, to work to report the violating goods and clarify the business household's violations.

At the meeting, Mr. P.B.H admitted to the violation of the business household. Market Management Team No. 9 drew up an administrative violation record with the HN eye glasses business household for the act of displaying and selling counterfeit goods, and issued a decision to administratively sanction the above business household with a fine of VND 16,000,000; forced the destruction of all counterfeit goods.
