On May 31, information from the People's Committee of Hoang Hoa district (Thanh Hoa province) said that the unit had issued a document directing the People's Committee of Hoang Tien commune, the district's professional departments and EURO Tourism and Trading Company Limited to urgently dismantle illegal construction works in the coastal area of Hoang Tien commune.
The District People's Committee requested the People's Committee of Hoang Tien Commune to organize forces to immediately dismantle illegal construction works in Area B and Area D under the project of EURO Tourism and Trading Company Limited.
The demolition must be completed before June 5 and the results must be reported to the District People's Committee before June 7. After completion, the local government must organize strict management to prevent further violations.
Previously, as reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, during the process of checking construction order in the area, the People's Committee of Hoang Tien Commune discovered that EURO Company illegally constructed many works in the embankment area. There are 5 works including bathrooms and toilets; of which, 2 works have built walls, 2 works have completed foundations and concrete pillars, 1 work has completed the foundation.
Immediately after discovering the violation, the Commune People's Committee issued a record, requiring the enterprise to stop construction and dismantle all illegal constructions before March 31.
However, as of April 1, EURO Company has not yet complied with the request and has not yet presented any legal documents related to the construction of the above works.
At the end of April 2025, the CPC continued to check and record this company still under construction, including plastic roof roof. The CPC has reported the incident to the People's Committee of Hoang Hoa district and the District Economic and Infrastructure Division for handling according to its authority.
