Ingredients:
- 1 cup carrier oil (olive oil or coconut oil)
- 3 fresh amla
- 2 teaspoons black sesame seeds
How to do it:
- Soak black sesame seeds in oil overnight to extract maximum nutrients.
- Blend the amla.
- Add the oil, sesame seeds and amla to the pan, simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Let cool and blend until smooth.
- Recycle the mixture over low heat for 2 hours to completely blend the essential oil.
- Filter out the oil, remove the pulp.
- Let cool and store in a clean glass jar, gradually use.
Instructions for use
- Apply oil to hair and scalp.
- Gently massage for 10 - 15 minutes, curling hair about 30 minutes to 1 hour before rinsing.
- Use 1 to 2 times a week to feel the difference: strong hair, shiny and less broken.
Note: If you don't like coconut oil or olive oil, you can replace it with jojoba oil or grape seed oil because it is a gentle carrier oil that is suitable for sensitive scalp.
