The Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation has just issued a plan to organize a meeting and dialogue conference between the Provincial Party Secretary and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee with trade union officials, union members, and workers in Bac Ninh province in 2026.
The purpose of the dialogue is to grasp the thoughts, aspirations and reflections and recommendations of workers on issues related to the Party's regimes and policies, the State's laws; state management related to the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; issues affecting the ideology, jobs and lives of workers.
In addition, promptly and effectively resolve issues related to workers. At the same time, propagate and disseminate to a large number of union members and workers the guidelines and policies of the Party and the laws of the State.
According to the plan, the meeting and dialogue on regimes and policies will focus on the main groups of issues: Wages, bonuses, welfare regimes, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance; training, retraining, improving qualifications, professional skills, regimes for female workers; occupational safety and health, food safety, environmental sanitation, security and order, traffic safety; housing, schools, hospitals, entertainment areas for workers and other issues that workers are interested in.
