On February 27, Comrade Vu Tri Hai - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee visited, presented gifts, and encouraged union members and workers to return to work after the Tet holiday at Khai Thua Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Khai Than Vietnam Co., Ltd. Khai Thua Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Khai Than Vietnam Co., Ltd. specialize in producing and trading in the field of non-woven plastics and fabrics. The main products include: plastic tarpaulins, sunshades, recycled plastic, and protective products such as clothing, non-woven fabric masks, hats, and caps.
After the Lunar New Year holiday, the rate of workers returning to work at the company reached 100%, workers went to work on time, the spirit was stable, ready to enter production with enthusiasm and excitement.
On behalf of the two companies, Mr. Ly Thieu Hung - the investor said that Khai Thua Co., Ltd. was established in 2007, Khai Than in 2013 and went into operation with nearly 2,000 employees. Up to now, after nearly 20 years of construction and growth, although there are still many common difficulties of the market in the plastic production industry, the company still maintains stable production activities, ensuring regular jobs for employees. Revenue and output basically reach and exceed the set plan; the average income of employees (from 10 to 15 million VND/month) is maintained and gradually improved.
In addition, the two companies have implemented many practical activities to take care of the material and spiritual life of employees, fully and promptly pay salaries and Tet bonuses according to regulations. Organize Tet gifts for 100% of employees, pay attention to additional support for workers in difficult circumstances. Coordinate with the Trade Union to organize year-end activities, visits, encouragement, creating a solidarity and warm atmosphere every Tet and spring.
