On October 29, the Can Tho City Labor Federation coordinated with the City Department of Home Affairs to organize a contest to learn about "Administrative reform, digital transformation and policies related to cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers" in 2024.
The contest contributes to promoting propaganda and education work, raising awareness and responsibility of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers (CBCCVC-LD) in implementing the State's overall administrative reform program for the period 2021-2030, the National Digital Transformation Program, building a team of CBCCVC-LD to meet the requirements of the country's industrialization and modernization; successfully completing assigned political, professional and technical tasks, building a clean and strong agency.
This is also an opportunity to improve understanding of policies related to rights and obligations of civil servants and employees; train the operational skills of civil servants and union members in management, operation and performance of public duties.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the contest, Chairwoman of Can Tho City Labor Federation Le Thi Suong Mai informed that the contest attracted 19 teams from 12 grassroots-level Trade Unions, 7 grassroots Trade Unions under the City Labor Federation with nearly 170 official contestants and assistants.
The participating teams will take a multiple-choice test on general knowledge with the content of learning about the Party's policies, the State's legal policies; administrative reform work, digital transformation and policies related to civil servants and employees. In the part of introducing models and proposing administrative reform ideas, the teams will choose the form of presentation, speech, monologue or animation, dramatization...
In the spirit of joy, solidarity, and learning from experience to do well in administrative reform and digital transformation application, the Chairman of the Can Tho City Labor Federation requested the candidates to make every effort, stay calm and confident to bring about the best results. The members of the Jury and the Secretariat were truly impartial and objective, selecting good collectives, models, and creative ideas to award prizes.
The competition took place in a lively and joyful atmosphere. With investment and creativity, the teams brought the audience unique and meaningful performances.
