To celebrate the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026), in response to Workers' Month 2026, the Trade Union of Sedo Vinako Co., Ltd. organizes the Men's 7-a-side Football Tournament in 2026.
The tournament takes place from May 10 to 17, with the participation of 8 teams, more than 120 athletes from trade union groups in the company. These are teams representing more than 6,000 union members and workers working at Sedo Vinako Co., Ltd., located in Duy Xuyen commune.
According to the organizers, the teams draw lots and compete in a knockout format. After the first round, the 4 winning teams will enter the semi-finals. The two winning teams in the semi-finals will compete for the championship, and the other two teams will compete in the third-place match.
The football tournament is a practical activity to respond to the movement of physical training following the example of the great Uncle Ho; and at the same time create a healthy playground, strengthen exchanges and solidarity between union members and employees in the company.
Through this activity, the Trade Union of Sedo Vinako Co., Ltd. continues to widely propagate the meaning of Workers' Month - the peak month of caring for the material and spiritual life of workers.
