Da Nang - Hoa Vang District Labor Federation organizes propaganda, mobilizes union members, and establishes grassroots unions.

On the evening of October 5, the Labor Federation of Hoa Vang district, Da Nang city held a conference to propagate and mobilize union members and establish grassroots unions.

At the conference, nearly 100 delegates from private independent preschools in Hoa Son commune were introduced by a reporter from the City Labor Federation about the Vietnam Trade Union; the functions and tasks of the Trade Union organization and the rights of workers when joining the Vietnam Trade Union organization.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Huynh Tan - Chairman of Hoa Vang Labor Federation - said that it is expected that by the end of October 2024, the District Labor Federation will coordinate with relevant agencies, departments and organizations to promote the establishment and launch of the Independent Preschool Classes Union in Hoa Son commune.

The establishment of the Union will represent the voice, rights and legitimate interests of workers in private preschool groups; at the same time, it is also a place to share experiences in child-rearing.
