At Hoa Phu Industrial Park (Hoa Phu commune, Dak Lak province), the Provincial Labor Federation has just coordinated with Regal Textile Company Limited to organize the "Union Meal" program for more than 720 union members and employees of the company.
At the program, the units organized meals worth 50,000 VND/meal for union members and workers.
Of which, VND 15,000 is taken from the company's daily shift meal fund, VND 20,000 from the financial resources of the grassroots union and VND 15,000 from the provincial union budget.
The increase in the value of the meal was happily welcomed by many union members and workers, demonstrating the comprehensive care and concern of the union organization.
Mr. Tran Phuc Hiep (worker at Regal Textile Co., Ltd.) shared: "This special rice meal has many delicious and quality dishes. Workers like us have the opportunity to continue to exchange with the trade union organization, expressing many warm thoughts.
After more than 4 months of working in a company, I feel that this is a good working environment, suitable for me. The welfare and insurance regime for employees is fully paid by the enterprise".
Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Phu Lap - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor emphasized: "Union Meal" is an opportunity for union members, employers, authorities and trade union organizations to sit down and share.
Thereby, building harmonious labor relations, enhancing trust and cohesion between the parties. This is also an opportunity for everyone to continue to strive, be creative, and build an increasingly strong trade union organization together".
On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor presented 5 gifts to support 5 workers who had work accidents, serious illnesses or were in difficult circumstances. Each gift is worth 1 million VND in cash.
