On January 3, the Center for Training and Fostering Trade Union Officials coordinated with the Dien Bien Provincial Federation of Labor and the Tua Chua District Federation of Labor to organize a training course on trade union work for grassroots trade union officials in the district.
The conference aims to improve the skills and professional knowledge of grassroots union officials, to better meet the requirements of the new situation, and at the same time support the resolution of difficulties in practical union activities.
Attending the training course, more than 100 grassroots trade union officials in Tua Chua district were instructed on how to effectively organize and implement grassroots trade union activities; trained on financial management, revenue and expenditure and use of trade union assets; skills in resolving labor disputes, building harmonious and stable labor relations in enterprises. In addition, trainees were given practical answers and shared experiences among trade union officials.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Lau Thi Thanh Huong - Permanent Vice President of Dien Bien Provincial Labor Federation emphasized: "The training course not only provides important knowledge and skills but also an opportunity for union officials to exchange and learn, thereby contributing to improving the quality of union activities in the new period".
The conference took place in a lively and positive atmosphere and received enthusiastic responses from the trainees. This is a practical activity, creating an important foundation for the Tua Chua District Labor Federation and the Dien Bien Provincial Labor Federation to successfully complete their tasks in 2025.
