Viet Duc Dental Clinic is located in Bac Hong ward, Hong Linh town, established in December 2024. Currently, the Clinic has 15 staff, workers, facilities and a team of doctors to meet the requirements.
After a period of studying the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union, and being propagandized and mobilized by the Town Labor Federation, 15 officers and employees of the clinic wrote an application to join the Trade Union organization.
At the ceremony, the Town Labor Federation announced the decision to recognize grassroots unions and directed the organization of the first General Meeting of the Trade Union for the 2025-2028 term.
At the first Congress, the Clinic Trade Union elected an executive committee and set out targets, directions, and term tasks. In the immediate future, focus on promoting activities in response to Workers' Month, paying attention to implementing well the work of caring for union members' lives.
Well perform the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; develop activities and organize propaganda for union members to be aware of complying with the regulations and rules of the unit.
