At the conference, the Le Chan District Labor Federation organized the signing of the emulation agreement for 2025. Accordingly, the district trade unions at all levels strive to establish 5 new grassroots trade unions, develop 500 new union members, and introduce 175 outstanding union members to the Party organization. Along with that, complete 100% of the union financial targets, complete 100% of the targets for signing new and re-signing collective labor agreements, of which 60% of the collective labor agreements are grade B or higher...
After the summary conference, the District Labor Federation organized the program "Tet Sum Vay - Spring Gratitude to the Party" for union members and employees in the area.
At the program, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation and the District Labor Federation presented Tet gifts, subsidies, and bus tickets to union members and workers in difficult circumstances. Of these, 180 subsidies, 80 Tet gifts, 120 bus tickets to go home for Tet were given to workers from far away provinces, 122 online shopping vouchers from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and 60 direct shopping vouchers at the Hai Phong Trade Union Tet Market. The total budget for Tet care for union members and workers was 439 million VND.
