With the theme "Tet Sum Vay - Spring of gratitude to the Party" and the motto "all union members and workers have Tet", the Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor requires trade unions at all levels to take care of Tet for all union members and workers.
Priority is given to employees in particularly difficult circumstances, those who have had work accidents, occupational diseases, serious illnesses, those affected by natural disasters, storms and floods, those whose working hours have been reduced, those who have lost their jobs, those who have been owed bonuses; employees from families with preferential policies, ethnic minorities, those who have not had the opportunity to return home for Tet for many years, and those who have not had the opportunity to return home for Tet. Attention is given to female employees.

The Trade Union proactively organizes or proposes, coordinates with employers to organize visits, give gifts, and wish Tet to union members and employees; proposes agencies, units, and enterprises to support train and bus tickets for union members and employees to return home for Tet.
Trade unions at all levels increase dialogue and negotiation activities with employers on production plans, salary payments, and Tet bonuses. Take care of the material and spiritual lives of union members and employees during Tet. Have solutions to prevent labor disputes and collective work stoppages arising during Tet and participate in timely and effective handling, contributing to ensuring security and order in the locality...
It is expected that during the 2025 Tet holiday, about 9,800 union members and workers in difficult circumstances across the province will be cared for and supported by the Trade Union to ensure a full Tet.
Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor will support 2,500 gifts for 2,500 union members and employees, worth 1 million VND/gift. The direct superior union will support about 7,300 union members and employees with a support level of 500,000 VND/unit member and employee. Units with socialized resources and proactively spend more on caring for union members and employees in terms of both quantity and level of spending.
