The union officials reflected on the activities of trade unions at all levels, the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers in recent times. The union officials also raised difficulties and proposed solutions in union activities at the current stage.
Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation - Mr. Hoang Lien - said that as of May 31, 2025, the whole province has 1,467 grassroots unions with nearly 70,000 union members. Of these, there are 429 grassroots trade unions with more than 31,000 union members.
In the first 6 months of 2025, the employment situation and income of workers are basically stable, with an average salary of about 8.15 million VND/person/month.
Mr. Hoang Lien said that trade unions at all levels in the province continue to grasp the situation at the grassroots level. Through this activity, the union promptly coordinates with competent authorities to resolve problems and complications, and protect the rights of union members and workers.
It is worth noting that activities to care for union members' lives have received timely attention from the union. The activities of visiting, giving gifts, and welfare programs have created trust and an exciting atmosphere among cadres, union members, and workers.

Union levels in Lam Dong have completed the targets and tasks set out in the first 6 months of 2025. Trade unions at all levels are also ready for the work of restructuring the apparatus and merging and establishing a new Provincial Labor Federation, Mr. Hoang Lien affirmed.
On this occasion, Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor also summarized 10 years of implementing the resolutions of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on improving the quality and efficiency of the activities of the Trade Union Inspection Committee and talent work in the new situation.
The unit also launched the emulation movement "The whole country competes in innovation and digital transformation" and "Digital education" in all levels of trade unions in Lam Dong province.
