Attending the conference were Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Nhiem - Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Chairwoman of the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation (LDLD); representatives of the Lao Cai Provincial Police; the Board of Directors and a large number of employees of the 2 enterprises.
At the conference, representatives of the Trade Union Boards of industrial parks and economic zones of Lao Cai province announced decisions to establish grassroots trade unions (CDCS), and at the same time appointed interim Executive Committees at the two enterprises.


Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Nhiem congratulated the grassroots trade unions on officially joining the Lao Cai Provincial Trade Union organization, and highly appreciated the coordination and support of the Board of Directors of the two enterprises in establishing the trade union organization and caring for the regime and welfare for workers.
Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation requested the Executive Committee of the Provisional Grassroots Trade Union to soon consolidate the organization, develop regulations on coordination with the Board of Directors; proactively negotiate and sign collective labor agreements, promote the representative role, and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.

The establishment of new grassroots trade unions not only contributes to consolidating the Trade Union organization in enterprises but also creates conditions for workers to participate in emulation movements, improve their skills, build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations, towards the sustainable development of enterprises.
The launch ceremony is also an opportunity for workers to raise awareness about the rights and obligations of trade union members, strengthen the spirit of attachment and responsibility, contributing to building a safe, friendly working environment and a healthy corporate culture.



On this occasion, the working delegation presented gifts to union members in difficult circumstances, encouraging workers to feel secure in their work and strive to rise up in life.
