Based on the plan to implement the "Workers' Month" in 2025 of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, with the theme "Vietnamese Workers' Group: pioneering in entering a new era", the Provincial Labor Federation sets a requirement that this year's Workers' Month, 100% of grassroots trade unions in all types of enterprises will organize at least 1 activity in response to Workers' Month; 100% of grassroots trade unions of administrative agencies and public service units will organize activities in accordance with the Workers' Month in 2025.
Accordingly, trade unions at all levels will implement 5 contents: Program "Creative workers, firmly entering the new era", Program "May Dialogue" and Forum "Party with workers - Workers with the Party"; Program "Thanks to workers"; Organize a peak month to develop union members, establish grassroots trade unions; introduce and develop workers' party members; Program "Propaganda, raise awareness of union members and workers".
The provincial level focuses on 3 activities: Workers' Month launching ceremony; Creative Workers' Forum and organizes flag-raising activities and national anthem singing on the occasion of April 30 - 1.5 at enterprises.
The conference also commented and approved the draft report on the assessment of the coordination results between the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Labor Federation in 2024, and deployed the coordination content in 2025.
The Standing Committee also gave opinions on the draft Regulations on the "Nghe An Workers Follow Uncle Ho's words" Award for direct workers at enterprises. The award will be announced on the occasion of Workers' Month 2025.
In the spirit of serious work, delegates gave their opinions on the development of the Regulations on the operation of Nghe An Trade Union Social Fund; Regulations on decentralization of revenue, expenditure, management of finance, assets and some contents under their authority.
