On February 18, Ha Quang Garment Factory (Quang Binh) held a 2025 Workers' Conference to summarize the results of activities in 2024 and propose development directions for next year.
Mr. Vo Xuan Trung - Director of Ha Quang Garment Enterprise said that in 2024, the factory produced more than 3.3 million shirts, achieving a revenue of more than 6.2 million USD, an increase of 11.04% over the same period. Average labor income reaches over 8.5 million VND/month.
In addition to increasing the regional minimum wage from VND 4,160,000 to VND 4,410,000 from July 1, 2024, the factory also pays many support policies, such as fuel allowances for employees who do not take a bus, payment for fire prevention (VND 150,000/month), mid-shift meals, birthday gifts, and gifts for 8.3.
Chairwoman of the Ha Quang Garment Enterprise Trade Union Nguyen Thi Kim Sinh said that social security and welfare activities are also focused on, the "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Chia Chia" program has presented 103 gifts (144.9 million VND) to employees in difficult circumstances. In 2024, the Enterprise recorded many achievements with 317 excellent workers; 8 emulation fighters at the Corporation level; 1 individual received a Certificate of Merit from the People's Committee of Quang Binh province; 2 individuals were awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Quang Binh Provincial Federation of Labor; 2 collectives and 4 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Quang Binh Economic Zone Trade Union.
