On December 7, Mr. Tran Quoc Bao - Chairman of the Quang Nam Provincial Civil Servants' Union said that the unit had organized the acceptance and handover of the "Union Shelter" to union member Duong Duy Nam, whose family is in difficult circumstances, whose child has congenital heart disease, and is currently working at the Department of Science and Technology of Quang Nam province.
