According to Mr. Hoang The Tranh, Chairman of the Trade Union of the Economic Zone and Industrial Parks of Thai Binh Province: In order to effectively carry out the role of coordinating to care for and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers, the Trade Union of the Economic Zone and Industrial Parks of the province has made caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers a key task throughout its operations. Identifying union members and workers as the assets of the enterprise; at the same time, they are also the valuable assets of each country. Therefore, the trade union organizations at all levels in the industrial park are always proactive and active, together with the leaders of the enterprise, to increasingly better care for the lives of union members and workers.
With the motto "where there are union members and workers in difficulty, there is a union organization", in the program "Tet sum vay - Xuan ung deo deo deo" Lunar New Year At Ty 2025, the Trade Union of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of the province has directed the grassroots trade unions to grasp the ideological situation of workers, coordinate with employers to organize programs and activities to care for workers during the Lunar New Year. Accordingly, the Trade Union of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of the province will organize the presentation of 3,000 Tet gifts to union members and workers at 47 grassroots trade unions with a total amount of over 2.4 billion VND.
In addition, 200 union members were selected to receive gifts from the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy with a total amount of 260 million VND; 200 union members received gifts from the Secretary of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee with a total amount of 200 million VND.
Distributed 609 free shopping vouchers to union members and employees participating in the "Union Tet Market" program in the spring of At Ty with a total amount of over 304 million VND.
According to reports from trade unions, all enterprises have 13th month salary or Tet bonus for union members (average bonus is 6 million VND, the highest bonus of enterprises for employees is over 99 million VND, the lowest is 100 thousand VND for new employees).
At today's program, the Trade Union of Thai Binh Economic Zone and Industrial Parks presented Tet gifts to businesses and presented gifts to 1,790 union members and workers at 15 Trade Unions in Nguyen Duc Canh Industrial Park with a total amount of over 1.4 billion VND.
