On March 27, the Trade Union of Thai Binh Economic Zone and Industrial Zones organized a delegation to visit, encourage and present support gifts to the family of Mr. Luong Xuan Ha (Kieu Than village, Song An commune, Vu Thu district, Thai Binh province) - a union member who unfortunately died due to work accident at Hop Thanh Company Limited in Nguyen Duc Canh Industrial Park.
The delegation included leaders of the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Zones Management Board, the Provincial Labor Federation, the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Zones Trade Union, business leaders and representatives of the company's trade union.
At the union member's family, the delegation sent their deepest condolences to the union member's family and workers, and encouraged the family to soon overcome the immediate pain to stabilize their lives.
Representing the delegation, the leaders of the Thai Binh Provincial Federation of Labor presented gifts of encouragement from the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Zones Trade Union to union members' relatives in the amount of 10 million VND. Thereby demonstrating the sharing and responsibility of the trade union organization towards union members and workers' families.

Speaking at the visit, Vice President of Thai Binh Provincial Labor Federation Pham Thi Thang said: Workers are the most valuable asset of every enterprise and society. Caring for and supporting the families of unfortunate workers is not only the responsibility of the trade union organization and the employer but also the responsibility of relevant levels and sectors. At the same time, we also hope that businesses and workers will raise awareness of labor safety to limit unfortunate accidents...".
The working group pledged to continue to care for and support as much as possible, and at the same time coordinate with all levels and functional sectors to ensure the protection of legitimate rights and interests of workers who are unfortunate and have risks.
