On October 27, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Federation of Labor held a conference to announce the Decision to establish a grassroots trade union at furuixiang Vietnam Precision Wire Co., Ltd. and A&B Tech Co., Ltd.
Attending and presenting the Decision to the units were Mr. Doan Manh Thang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Head of the Industrial Park Trade Union Committee.
With the establishment of 2 new grassroots trade unions, the Provincial Federation of Labor has admitted 78 more union members. From there, continue to expand the network of organizations representing, caring for, and protecting the rights of workers in enterprises.
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Doan Manh Thang believes that the grassroots trade union executive committee will quickly grasp the tasks and promote the role of trade union organizations in enterprises. At the same time, he hoped that the leaders of the companies would pay attention and create conditions for the trade union to operate effectively, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
