Afternoon 7.8, the Provincial Education Trade Union of Tiền Giang organized the final round of the "Mini Football Tournament for Teachers of Tiền Giang" to welcome the 73rd anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Education Trade Union (July 22, 1951 - July 22, 2024) and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2024).
This year's football tournament had 11 teams participating. After a period of competition, from the selection round, 2 teams were selected to compete in the final round, including Châu Thành District and Cái Bè District.
This is an activity that provides a useful and healthy playground for union members and workers. Through this, it aims to improve their spiritual life, create a fun and healthy playground for union members and workers to enthusiastically compete in labor to complete their political tasks and professional tasks at their agencies and units, contributing to the overall development of the Education Sector in Tiền Giang Province.
After the competition, the organizing committee awarded the First Prize to Châu Thành District and the Second Prize to Cái Bè District.
Mr. Lưu Nhơn Đức, Chairman of the Provincial Education Trade Union of Tiền Giang, said that in recent times, the Provincial Education Trade Union of Tiền Giang has paid great attention to taking care of the lives of union members. Through this activity, it aims to create opportunities for exchange and learning among units, thereby creating motivation for union members and workers on the ground to strive to work effectively.
"Throughout the duration of the tournament, it attracted a large number of officials, union members, workers, and local residents to watch and cheer. Through this, it has strengthened exchange, learning, and mutual experience, strengthened unity, and improved health, creating a healthy playground for workers and civil servants" - Mr. Đức shared.
