Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation has just coordinated with Thai Hoang Construction and Import-Export Trading Joint Stock Company to organize a conference to propagate and disseminate laws to workers at Nam Quang Industrial Park, Vinh Tuy commune.
At the conference, Mr. Ha Van Vy - Vice Chairman of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation disseminated contents related to the resolutions of trade union congresses at all levels, and at the same time informed about the election results of National Assembly deputies and People's Councils at all levels.
Along with that, provincial Social Insurance officials propagate policies on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance, helping workers understand their rights and obligations in the working process.
The content is conveyed in a concise, easy-to-understand direction, associated with production practice, creating conditions for workers to access information right at work.
Many opinions and questions from workers were answered directly at the factory by representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation and specialized agencies, contributing to creating a close and practical atmosphere.
According to leaders of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation, organizing legal propaganda right at the grassroots level helps workers raise awareness, well comply with regulations, and proactively protect their legitimate rights and interests.
In the coming time, trade union levels will continue to innovate propaganda forms, diversify content, towards building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
