In recent times, the movement "Good at public work, good at housework" among female workers, civil servants, and laborers has been launched by trade unions at all levels in Vinh Long province and achieved practical results, spreading many typical examples, contributing to promoting an increasingly widespread, meaningful, and effective emulation movement.
The emulation content "Good at public work, good at housework" is associated with the emulation movement "Building Vietnamese women in the new era", the emulation movement "Building Vinh Long women in solidarity, compassion, aspiration, development", "Good workers, creative workers", promoting technical initiatives, experience initiatives... over the past 5 years, over 52,300 female civil servants and public employees of Vinh Long province have achieved the title, accounting for over 96%.
Along with the movement "Good at public work, good at housework", the women also implemented over 3,770 initiatives to improve the quality, efficiency of work, labor production, contributing to improving the working environment, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene...
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran Van Trach - Chairman of the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation - praised the collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement.
Mr. Trach also hopes that female civil servants, public employees, and workers will continue to strive to practice, worthy of being a pioneer force in emulation movements for production labor and creative labor, contributing to raising the position of women in the new era, the era of national development.
