According to the assessment, all 5 teams of Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia and Vietnam have the best forces.

For the Vietnam men's volleyball team, compared to the list of participants in the AVC Nations Cup 2025 at the end of June, coach Tran Dinh Tien's squad has only one change: captain Pham Van Hiep returns to replace the main striker Duong Van Tien.

The requirement for the Vietnam men's volleyball team is that players must maintain high team concentration and must have the highest determination when playing. The 2025 SEA V.League is the final international task of the Vietnam men's volleyball team in the first training phase of 2025.

These are two teams that have won the championship in 2023 and 2024. Therefore, they are also predicted to be a strong candidate for the highest title this year.

At 5:00 p.m., the Vietnam men's volleyball team will face the Philippines. Coach Tran Dinh Tien and his team need to overcome the pressure of the home team to aim for a favorable result on the first day of competition.
