Phase 1 of the 2025 National Volleyball Championship will kick off at the end of March. This season, the men's and women's events will compete at the same location and time.
The 8 men's teams competing are Border Guard, Sanest Khanh Hoa, The Cong Tan Cang, LPB Ninh Binh, Da Nang, Lavie Long An, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City Police.
In which, Border Guard Club is the defending champion, Sanest Khanh Hoa is the defending runner-up and the newcomer is Ho Chi Minh City Police.
However, the strength and investment of the teams this year have changed, promising to bring exciting matches.
The national championship format is a round-robin, then the top 4 teams will qualify for the final round and the top 4 teams will compete in the relegation round. At the end of the tournament, there will be 1 champion team and 1 relegated team.
