Cao Bang - On the afternoon of October 24, the Provincial People's Committee held a conference to announce the decision on personnel work and appoint key leaders.

Accordingly, the Department of Home Affairs announced decisions on the appointment and transfer of key officials of departments and branches.

Specifically:

Mr. Nguyen Anh Que - Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs - was appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs.

Ms. Pham Thi Thu Huong - Deputy Director of the Department of Finance - was transferred to the Provincial Inspectorate, holding the position of Deputy Chief Inspector of the province.

Ms. To Thi Trang - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism - was transferred to the Department of Foreign Affairs, holding the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs.

Mr. Vi Tran Thuy - Director of the Cao Bang Non Nuoc Geopark Management Board - was transferred to the Department of Foreign Affairs, appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs.

Ms. Dam Thu Lieu - Head of the Trade Management Department, Department of Industry and Trade - was appointed Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hien - Head of the Secondary Education Department, Department of Education and Training (DET) - was appointed Deputy Director of the DET.

Ms. Vi Thi Thuy Hue - Chief of the Department of Justice Office - was appointed Deputy Director of the Department of Justice.

Mr. Vi Ngoc Duong - Director of the Center for Management and Exploitation of Infrastructure Services of Economic Zones (under the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board) - was accepted and appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hai Hoa congratulated the appointed officials and expressed his confidence that in their new positions, the officials will continue to promote their capacity, sense of responsibility, proactiveness, and creativity; maintain discipline and administrative discipline; effectively coordinate in leadership and direction, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the province.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested that the new cadres quickly grasp the work, build a united, creative and effective collective, while promoting digital transformation, administrative reform, and improving the quality of service for people and businesses. Each cadre needs to set an example, be close to the people, respect the people, and properly implement the spirit of " saying goes hand in hand with doing".
