With 418/418 delegates participating in the vote, the National Assembly passed a Resolution approving the Prime Minister's proposal to dismiss Mr. Do Duc Duy from the position of Minister of Agriculture and Environment by electronic vote.
Previously, based on the Constitution, the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly and related legal provisions; based on the opinions of competent authorities; based on the submission of the Standing Committee of the Delegation Work Committee; considering the application for dismissal from the duties of a National Assembly delegate dated July 16, 2025 of Mr. Do Duc Duy, the National Assembly Standing Committee discussed, voted secretly to approve and promulgate Resolution No. 1769/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the dismissal of Mr. Do Duc Duy, a National Assembly delegate of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Lao Cai Province.
