On February 9, Mr. Tran Sy Thanh - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee, along with a working delegation of the Party, State and Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, visited and presented Tet gifts to workers, laborers, policy households and the poor in Lang Son province.
At the program, Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee Tran Sy Thanh, along with leaders of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Mr. Phan Van Anh, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, presented 181 Tet gifts to workers, laborers and policy households in difficult circumstances.

The gifts are practical sharing, contributing to encouraging families to celebrate a warmer and more fulfilling traditional Tet.
Speaking at the gift-giving ceremony, Mr. Tran Sy Thanh shared that, with the position of having worked in Lang Son in the position of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, he deeply understands the difficulties and hardships of ethnic minorities in mountainous areas at the border of the Fatherland.
The Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee emphasized that caring for Tet for the poor and policy families is a good tradition of mutual affection of the nation, which needs to be further promoted and spread more strongly so that "no one is left behind".

According to Mr. Tran Sy Thanh, the specific and practical actions of all levels, sectors, organizations, businesses and philanthropists in the past time have contributed to bringing workers, laborers and the poor a joyful, warm and happy traditional Tet.
Within the framework of the working trip to Lang Son, Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee Tran Sy Thanh also visited and wished Tet to the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee and local police forces.
According to Lang Son Provincial People's Committee, during the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, the whole province has presented more than 15,000 gifts to people with meritorious services with a total budget of nearly 7.5 billion VND; supported more than 2,600 gifts for poor households and social protection beneficiaries. Through socio-political organizations, the locality also mobilized and presented more than 26,000 Tet gifts to vulnerable people.
