Enterprises in Lam Dong donate more than 8.4 billion VND to support people in flooded areas

Lam Dong - The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province has been receiving many contributions from businesses joining hands to share difficulties with people in flooded areas.

Mr. Pham Trieu, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province, said that in recent times, through the Provincial Business Association, many businesses have joined hands to contribute and share difficulties with localities and people severely affected by storms and floods.

To date, member enterprises of the Provincial Business Association have donated more than 8.4 billion VND through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels; at the same time, directly supporting in kind for people in communes and wards affected by floods and flash floods.

Mr. Pham Trieu affirmed that the contributions of the Business Association and businesses are a valuable source of spiritual encouragement, helping people soon overcome the consequences of natural disasters and stabilize their lives.

This is also a testament to the spirit of "mutual love", "the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves" of the business community in the province.

From this contribution, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province will coordinate with localities to review and quickly transfer the donation to the right beneficiaries as soon as possible.
