On the occasion of the 76th anniversary of the National Day of the People's Republic of China (October 1, 1999 - October 1, 2025), on behalf of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and in personal capacity, I would like to send my sincere greetings and best wishes to Comrade Vuong Ho Ninh, member of the Standing Committee of the Politburo of the Communist Party of China, Chairman of the National Party Committee of China and comrades in the National Party Committee of China.
I am very pleased to see that in recent times, under the wise leadership of the Communist Party of China with General Secretary and President Xi Jinping as the core leader, China has achieved great achievements in the cause of reforming and opening up China, building a unique socialism in China, including the important contribution of the Chinese Premier League. I believe that under the leadership of Chairman Vuong Ho Ninh, the Chinese Premier League will increasingly develop and achieve even greater achievements, actively contributing to the Party, State and People of China in successfully completing the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 20th National Congress, term 2022 - 2027 of the Communist Party of China.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front highly appreciates the friendly and cooperative relationship with the Chinese Premier League. In April 2025, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the National Political Commissar of China, together with the Fatherland Front - Political Commissars of the two countries' border provinces/ominated areas, continued to coordinate to successfully organize the Third Friendship Exchange Program in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. I firmly believe that the cooperative relationship between the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Chinese Premier League will continue to be strengthened, becoming more and more substantial, effective and in-depth, contributing to fostering the traditional friendship and comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership between Vietnam and China.
