Attending the conference were leaders of Party committees, party cells directly under the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and central mass organizations.
At the conference, delegates attending focused on discussing and contributing opinions to the content of the draft report summarizing the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation of the Fatherland Front Party Committee and central mass organizations in 2025 and key tasks and solutions for 2026.
Accepting the discussion opinions at the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Head of the Steering Committee 35 of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee, Central Unions Tran Thang said: Throughout 2025, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central Unions always closely followed the leadership and direction of the Central Executive Committee, directly and regularly the Politburo, the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee, to lead and direct Party committees, Party organizations and cadres and party members to advise on successfully organizing congresses at all levels within the Party Committee and the Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central Unions, term 2025-2030.
This is the first Congress to implement a new organizational model with the theme "Building a clean and strong Party Committee; strongly innovating thinking and leadership methods; gathering and mobilizing people from all walks of life to promote democracy and the strength of national unity, unite and join forces to enter the era of developing a rich, prosperous, civilized, and happy country" and the motto "Unity - Democracy - Creativity - Innovation - Development".
According to Mr. Tran Thang, in the context of both deploying professional work and arranging organizations and apparatus in the spirit of "running and queuing", immediately after the establishment of the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee consolidated the organization, issued Decisions to establish Steering Committee 35, Secretariat Group; issued guiding documents concretizing the directions and orientations of the Central Steering Committee 35. Through this, the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation and promoting the inherent strengths of the organizations has been effectively implemented.
Typically, the Party Committee is one of the 20 collectives with outstanding achievements nationwide in implementing the Political Competition on protecting the Party's ideological foundation in 2025 and continues to be trusted by the 35th Central Steering Committee to assign important tasks in 2026.
In the coming time, Mr. Tran Thang requested Party organizations and the Steering Committee 35 of the Party Committee directly under many specific tasks, including: Closely following the direction of the Standing Committee and the Steering Committee 35 of the Party Committee, continuing to thoroughly and deeply grasp and seriously, promptly and effectively implement the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation in the new revolutionary period.
Raising the level of thinking, innovating content, methods and determination to act; identifying this as a class struggle on the ideological - political ideal front, a key and regular task of the entire Party, entire people, entire army and the entire political system;
Carefully review and evaluate the actual results achieved; clearly point out weaknesses, difficulties and obstacles, and lessons learned to effectively organize the implementation of tasks and solutions in 2026. In which, uphold and link the responsibility of the heads of Party committees and Party organizations at all levels with the results of implementing this task.
