The central area of the East Sea, the sea area from Khanh Hoa to Ca Mau and the western sea area of the South East Sea (including the western sea area of the Truong Sa special zone) will gradually strengthen northeast winds to level 6, sometimes level 7, gusts level 8 - 9, strong sea waves, waves 3-6m high.
The sea area from South Quang Tri to Dak Lak and the sea area east of the South East Sea (including the sea area east of Truong Sa region) will gradually strengthen northeast winds to level 6, gusts level 7 - 8, rough seas, waves 3-5m high.

The meteorological agency warns that the level of natural disaster risk at sea is level 2. All ships operating in the above areas are at high risk of being affected by strong winds and big waves.
