The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (December 13,) in areas across the country.
Due to the influence of cold air combined with convergence in the upper westerly wind zone, the Northern region and from Thanh Hoa to Hue city will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, hail and strong gusts of wind.
The weather in the North will turn cold from December 13, the mountainous and midland areas of the North will be very cold, and some mountainous areas will be very cold.
The Southern region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms.

Hanoi City
Lowest temperature: 16-18 degrees Celsius.
