Accordingly, the Northern region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms tonight, locally heavy rain; tomorrow there will be showers and thunderstorms in some places.
The area from Thanh Hoa to Da Nang will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain.
The Southern region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places, especially in the late afternoon and evening, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain.
