The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Official Letter No. 3715/UBND-NNMT on the implementation of the Project to build a comprehensive cadastral records system and land database, while promoting the completion of the national land database in the area.
Accordingly, the City People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs to urgently coordinate with relevant units to build administrative boundary maps for 126 communes and wards; at the same time, transfer data for the Department of Agriculture and Environment to update to the common digital map of the City.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment is required to urgently complete the national land database and implement the cadastral records construction project, ensuring quality and progress.
The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities and the People's Committees of newly established communes and wards are responsible for handing over, receiving records, documents and inheriting tasks in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.1 of Document No. 3675 of the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment.
Units must closely coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment in operating and updating land data. This department is responsible for specifically guiding the People's Committees at the new commune level to implement in accordance with regulations.
The leaders of the Hanoi People's Committee also requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment to proactively coordinate with the Department of Land Management and the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order to propose solutions to complete the land database; at the same time, advise and report to the City People's Committee for contents beyond its authority.
