The strongest wind near the center of the super typhoon is level 17 (202-221km/h), gusting over level 17. The super typhoon is moving west-northwest at a speed of 20-25km/h.
It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the storm will move west-northwest at a speed of 20-25km/h.
At 10:00 p.m. on September 23, the center of the storm was at about 20.8 degrees north latitude; 115.7 degrees east longitude, in the northeastern sea area of the northern East Sea. Strong intensity level 16-17, gust above level 17.
The danger zone is north of latitude 18 degrees north and east of longitude 113 degrees east. Level 4 natural disaster risk for the northeastern sea area of the northern East Sea.
It is forecasted that in the next 48 hours, the storm will continue to move west-northwest at a speed of 20-25km/h and gradually weaken.
At 10:00 p.m. on September 24, the center of the storm was at about 21.6 degrees north latitude; 110.8 degrees east longitude, in the mainland south of Guangzhou province (China). Strong intensity level 12-13, gust level 16.
The danger zone is north of latitude 18.5 degrees north latitude and in the area between longitude 108 - 118 degrees east longitude. Level 4 natural disaster risk for the northern sea area of the northern East Sea.

At 10:00 p.m. on September 25, the center of the storm was at about 20.8 degrees north latitude; 106.2 degrees east longitude, on the mainland from Quang Ninh to Ninh Binh. Strong intensity level 8, gust level 10. The danger zone is north of latitude 18.0 degrees north latitude and west of longitude 113.0 degrees east longitude. Level 3 natural disaster risk for the northwestern sea area of the northern East Sea and the Gulf of Tonkin.
It is forecasted that in the next 72 to 96 hours, the storm will move west-southwest, traveling about 20km per hour, and continue to weaken.
Regarding the impact of the storm at sea, the sea area north of the northern East Sea will have strong winds of level 8 - 9, then increase to level 10 - 14, the area near the center of the super typhoon will have level 15 - 17, gusts above level 17, waves over 10m high, and rough seas.
From September 24, the wind in the Gulf of Tonkin will gradually increase to level 6 - 7, then increase to level 8 - 10, the area near the storm's eye will have level 11 - 12, gusts of level 15, waves 4 - 6m high, and rough seas.
