    On August 31, Hue City Border Guard Command said that Lieutenant Colonel Professional Soldier Tran Ba Dung, Cipher Officer, Hue City Border Guard (BĐBP), picked up a wallet containing many personal papers and more than 3 million VND in cash.

    While exercising, Mr. Dung picked up a leather wallet. Checking inside, he discovered many personal papers and more than 3 million VND in cash.

    Immediately after that, Mr. Dung reported to the unit commander, and posted information on Zalo and Facebook to find the owner of the wallet.

    After that, Mr. Tran Cong An (born 1979, residing at No. 44 Dieu Quang, My Thuong ward, Hue City) contacted and came to receive all the assets.

    Mr. An said that while moving on Pham Van Dong street, he accidentally dropped his wallet.
