Specifically, at 9:05 p.m. on May 20, while on duty at Km426 National Highway 1A (in Dien Thinh Commune, Dien Chau District), the working group of Dien Chau Traffic Police Station received a request for help from a resident whose relative had a brain hemorrhage.

Immediately, the traffic police used a patrol car to take the patient - Ms. N.T.L., residing in Dien Kim commune, Dien Chau district - to Nghe An Orthopedic Trauma General Hospital. Thanks to the promptness and timeliness of the authorities, Ms. L. was out of danger.
Previously, at around 4:45 p.m. the same day, while on duty in Vinh city, the Traffic Police Team received a request for help from Ms. Le Thi Thuy when her son - T.G.B. " had a high fever and seizures. The working group quickly drove B. to the hospital for emergency care, helping to save her life in a flash.

In addition, at 3:45 p.m. the same day, Road Traffic Police Team No. 5 received a report of a truck failure on National Highway 46B through Km04+700m. The truck with license plate 29H-720.02 driven by Quach Van Dong had its box unloaded, causing about 150 cases of beer bottles to fall onto the road. The working group quickly arrived to coordinate with the people to support the clearing of the scene, ensuring smooth and safe traffic.
