On May 9, Quang Binh Police said they had just received a thank you letter from the people when the Public Order Police promptly saved the life of a man who was convulsed on the road.

Previously, while on patrol duty on Huu Nghi Street (Dong Hoi City), the patrol team under the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order Police, Quang Binh Provincial Police discovered a man having a convulsion, falling onto the road, unconscious.

Immediately, the working group provided initial first aid, helping the victim stabilize his physical condition before transferring him to a medical facility.

The person in the accident was Mr. Nguyen Anh Long (born in 1983, residing in Hong Thuy commune, Le Thuy district). After recovering, Mr. Long sent a letter of thanks to the Provincial Police for their timely and dedicated actions.
