On April 22, Hai Phu Commune Police (Bo Trach District, Quang Binh Province) said that they had just coordinated with people to return leather wallets dropped on the road.
Previously, on the morning of April 18, Ms. Hoang Thi Tham (born in 1976, residing in Noi Hai village, Hai Phu commune) picked up a leather wallet that had fallen on the road while working. Inside were more than 6 million VND in cash and many personal documents in the name of Vi Thi Linh (born in 1984, from Nghe An province).
Immediately afterwards, Ms. Tham went to the Hai Phu Commune Police headquarters to report and hand over all of the above assets. After receiving the information, the commune police force conducted verification and quickly contacted the owner, Ms. Vi Thi Linh.
After that, Ms. Linh was present at the Hai Phu Commune Police headquarters to receive the lost property in emotion and gratitude. Representatives of the local government also acknowledged and praised the beautiful action of Ms. Hoang Thi Tham.
